Our tricycle assembly line is a tailored automated production system dedicated to the mass manufacturing of electric tricycles. This plate chain conveyor system helps factories complete frame assembly, powertrain mounting, electrical fitting and final vehicle testing for different types of e-trikes.

Partially assembled electric tricycles are fixed on red positioning supports, moving steadily along the conveyor between workstations. The continuous plate chain transport maintains stable production tact. Production Line Overview & Process Composition

This production system covers the complete workflow for electric tricycle manufacturing: frame pretreatment, front fork and front wheel installation, rear wheel and transmission assembly, seat and control system mounting, lighting and reflector fitting, fastener tightening and finished vehicle inspection. The flexible layout supports multiple tricycle models and can adapt to passenger and cargo electric tricycle variants.

Frame Pretreatment & Front Assembly

At the early station, the tricycle frame goes through pretreatment to guarantee surface quality. Operators install the front fork, front wheel, headlight and handlebar assembly. The plate chain conveyor transports the frame steadily and positioning jigs keep the workpiece stable during fitting.

Rear Wheel & Transmission System Assembly

Workers mount rear wheels, drive assembly and transmission components. The dedicated fixture design simplifies alignment of the rear axle and drive parts, ensuring reliable power transmission of the electric tricycle.

Seat & Electrical Control Fitting

Operators install seats, controllers, wiring harnesses and control handles. Standardized assembly procedures ensure consistent connection of electrical systems for safe vehicle operation.

Accessories Mounting & Final Vehicle Inspection

Lights, reflectors and other auxiliary parts are fitted in sequence. After assembly, each finished tricycle undergoes function testing to check braking, driving performance and electrical systems. Non-compliant units will go through rework before offline.
