Seat Frame & Internal Structure Assembly

At the core workstation, workers install metal seat frames, slide rails, recliners and internal spring components. The double-speed chain conveyor delivers frames to each station at controlled production tact. Operators assemble adjustment mechanisms and locking parts, verifying smooth movement of backrest and height adjustment functions.

Foam & Upholstery Fitting

Workers mount foam cushions and fit fabric or leather upholstery covers onto seat frames. Modular station layout creates ample working space for trimming and wrapping operations, improving fitting quality and reducing wrinkles in seat covers.

Accessories & Electrical Component Mounting

Side trims, plastic covers and electrical adjustment parts are installed in sequence. Standardized assembly procedures ensure consistent fitment of all auxiliary components for different seat variants.

Finished Seat Functional Testing

All assembled seats go through dedicated function testing. Inspectors check slide rail travel, reclining action, heating function and locking reliability. Defective products are sent to rework stations before packing and shipment.
