Our gasoline engine assembly line is a flexible automated production system designed for mass manufacturing of small gasoline power units. This continuous conveyor system helps factories complete component fitting, torque fastening and finished engine testing for various single-cylinder gasoline engines used across multiple industries.

This factory workshop image shows a linear belt assembly line fitted with rotary circular worktables. Partially assembled gasoline engines are positioned on these rotating jigs for convenient multi-angle assembly. Green overhead support frames run along the whole line, fitted with yellow spring balancers and coiled red air hoses to supply pneumatic tools at every workstation. Blue and green plastic bins on side racks store bolts, gaskets and other small spare parts, keeping accessories neatly arranged and easy for workers to access during continuous production.

Production Line Overview & Process Composition

This production system supports the full manufacturing workflow for small gasoline engines: engine block feeding, crankshaft and piston assembly, cylinder head fitting, valve installation, carburetor mounting, precision torque tightening, oil filling, running test and final quality inspection. The system can handle single-cylinder air-cooled and liquid-cooled power units with displacements from 50cc to 500cc, covering vertical and horizontal engine structures for different end products.

Crankshaft & Piston Core Assembly

At the main workstation, operators install crankshaft, piston and cylinder assemblies on rotary fixtures. The rotating table design lets workers access all sides of the engine block easily. Pneumatic tools powered by overhead air lines deliver standardized bolt tightening, securing critical engine components with consistent torque values.

Cylinder Head & Auxiliary Parts Fitting

Workers mount cylinder heads, valves, carburetors, fuel tanks and cooling components. Station-side storage bins organize fasteners and small accessories, cutting down time spent searching for parts and improving overall assembly efficiency.

Lubricant Filling & Sealing Inspection

Engine oil is added at dedicated stations. Technicians inspect gaskets and sealing joints to eliminate leakage risks, ensuring stable long-time operation for finished gasoline power engines.

Finished Engine Running Performance Test

Once assembly completes, each engine undergoes bench running inspection. Inspectors check startup performance, power output, vibration and noise. Any non-conforming units are transferred to rework stations for adjustment before packaging.

Main Assembly Workflow

Engine Block Loading & Rotary Jig Positioning Fix engine block onto rotating assembly worktable and lock the fixture.

Crankshaft, Piston & Cylinder Assembly Install crankshaft, piston assembly, cylinder and internal gaskets.

Cylinder Head & External Accessories Fitting Mount cylinder head, carburetor, fuel tank and other auxiliary components.

Precision Torque Tightening Complete standardized bolt fastening with pneumatic torque tools.

Lubricant Filling & Leakage Inspection Fill engine oil and perform sealing and leak detection.

Engine Running Test & Quality Audit Carry out bench performance testing and visual inspection. Qualified engines are unloaded and packaged. Empty rotary jigs circulate back to the starting station.
