Our rotary tiller assembly line is a professional agricultural machinery production system, specially developed for mass manufacturing of farm rotary tillers and garden cultivators. This standardized plate-chain production system is widely adopted by agricultural equipment factories for systematic assembly, fitting and functional testing of small tillage machines.

This workshop photo shows a complete linear production system fitted with heavy-duty plate chain conveying platforms. Semi-finished rotary tillers move steadily from one station to another following fixed production cycles. The workshop is built with blue overhead steel frames fitted with yellow telescopic air hose reels, which deliver stable compressed air for pneumatic fastening and mechanical assembly. Green multi-layer storage racks stand on both sides of the line to organize core components including engines, gearboxes, rotary blades and mounting brackets for smooth continuous manufacturing.

Production Line Overview & Process Composition

This agricultural machinery production system supports full integrated manufacturing, covering raw part sorting, power unit installation, body fitting, blade assembly, lubricant filling, functional debugging and final finished-machine inspection. All procedures are customized for tillage equipment to guarantee high assembly precision and consistent batch quality.

Engine & Gearbox Assembly

This is the core workstation of the production system. Operators complete positioning installation of tiller engines and transmission gearboxes. Custom positioning jigs ensure accurate alignment of power assemblies. Overhead pneumatic tools deliver standardized bolt tightening, reducing assembly errors and improving the consistency of finished farm cultivators.

Main Frame & Rotary Blade Assembly

Workers fit main chassis frames, operating handles, safety guards and rotary tiller blades. Station-side storage racks keep all matched accessories close at hand, cutting time spent searching for spare parts and boosting overall line efficiency.

Lubrication & Fluid Filling

Dedicated lubrication stations are integrated into the line to fill gear oil and lubricants for transmission assemblies. Technicians perform strict leak checks on oil seals and joints to eliminate leakage risks and extend the service life of farm tillage equipment.

Pre-Delivery Functional Testing

Every assembled tiller goes through offline functional testing. Inspectors validate engine startup performance, transmission smoothness and rotary blade working conditions. Defective units are sent to rework stations for correction before packaging and export shipment.

Green multi-layer component racks are installed along both sides of the line. Key spare parts such as engines, gearboxes and rotary blades are pre-sorted at each station to speed up assembly and reduce manual mistakes.

Main Assembly Workflow

Engine & Gearbox Loading & Positioning Place matched engine and gearbox assemblies onto the plate chain platform and lock using custom positioning jigs.

Main Chassis & Handle Assembly Install the tiller main frame, operation handles and protective shells to form the basic machine body.

Rotary Blade & Accessories Installation Mount rotary tiller blades, connecting brackets and other auxiliary mechanical parts.

Lubricant Filling & Sealing Inspection Fill transmission lubricant and run comprehensive sealing and leakage checks.

Running Functional Test Start the machine to test engine operation, transmission performance and rotary tillage stability.

Final Quality Audit & Offline Complete visual inspection and functional review. Qualified rotary tillers are taken offline, packaged and prepared for shipment. Empty fixture platforms circulate back for repeated production.
